Girls lacrosse squad wins big
Park remained undefeated on the season with a convincing 14-1 road win at Forest Lake Wednesday.
With the win, the Wolfpack moved to 3-0 in the Suburban East Conference, a half-game back of conference leader Stillwater (4-0). Park hosts Stillwater Wednesday in a showdown match, starting at 7 p.m.

Madi Brinkman powered in five goals to help pace Park to a 14-1 win at winless Forest Lake.
Josie Leonard and Alaina Wright each scored three times for the Wolfpack. Lilly Newhouse, Sidni Gitzen, Ava Reckinger also scored one goal apiece for Park.
Lauryn Ehrenstrom stopped seven of eight attempts by the Rangers to earn the win in the net.


Stillwater blanks Park baseball team

Host Stillwater blanked the visiting Park Wolfpack 10-0 in baseball Wednesday, April 24.
The sixth straight loss left Park at 1-7 after a season-opening win against Hastings.
Suburban East Conference teams continue to dominate the Star Tribune’s Metro rankings with five teams in the latest poll. Topping the list is second-ranked Stillwater (7-2), No. 3 Woodbury (6-3), No. 5 Mounds View (7-1), No. 6 Cretin-Derham Hall (4-2-1) and No. 7 East Ridge (6-3). The East Ridge Raptors are the Class 4A defending state champion.
Park hosts Irondale (1-7, 3-7) Wednesday, plays at Mounds View (6-1, 7-1) Friday, at Forest Lake (1-4, 2-4-1) Saturday, then hosts East Ridge (5-3, 6-3) Monday, May 6, starting at 4:30 p.m.
