• At 7 a.m., Brian Ward-Dye, 31, Minneapolis, was arrested for a warrant and fleeing a peace officer by a means other than a motor vehicle.
• At 7:02 a.m., Ermaine Burke, 33, Hastings, was arrested for fleeing a peace officer by a means other than a motor vehicle, receiving stolen property, assault – 2nd degree-dangerous weapon, traffic-drivers license-driving after revocation, damage to property – 1st degree – public safety motor vehicle and a warrant.
