• At 9:52 a.m., juvenile male, 13, was cited for four counts of first degree damage to property with value reduced over $1,000.
• At 1:57 p.m., Calvin J. Sims, 35, Stillwater, was arrested for warrant service – arrest.

Tuesday, May 5

At 8:17 a.m., Thomas A. Kutschke, 61, Inver Grove Heights, was cited for disorderly conduct – offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene.

Wednesday, May 6

At 3:10 a.m., Gabriel V. Castillo, 25, Cottage Grove, was arrested for misdemeanor domestic assault – intentionally inflicts/attempts to inflict bodily harm on another.

Thursday, May 7

At 7:06 p.m., Charles E. Hollins, 41, Saint Cloud, was arrested for possession of ammo/any firearm with previous felony conviction, first degree burglary with possession of dangerous weapon/explosive, kidnapping – to commit great bodily harm/terrorize, felony domestic assault, and threats of violence – cause or attempt cause terror.

Friday, May 8

• At 10:47 a.m., a juvenile male, 17 was cited for theft – take/use/transfer movable property without consent.
• At 3:15 p.m., Charles F. Wilcher, 45, Faribault, was arrested for warrant service – arrest.
• At 11:49 p.m., Marc L. Anthony, 38, Northfield, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia – use or possession prohibited, fifth degree drugs – possession, and traffic regulation – driver must carry proof of insurance when operating vehicle.

Saturday, May 9

At 11:30 a.m., Robert O. Helm, 58, Detroit Lakes, was cited for search warrant, and financial exploitation of a vulnerable adult – uses/manages or takes property for benefit of someone else.
