Amber K. Ebersold, 37, Saint Paul Park, was charged in Dakota County District Court Thursday, May 6 with felony-controlled substance crime in the fifth degree possession.
On Sept. 23, 2022, a deputy sheriff conducted a traffic stop for an expired license plate in the city of Coates. The driver of the vehicle, Ebersold, had an active warrant for arrest and was taken into custody.
During a search of the vehicle, the deputy located an Advil bottle that contained a white substance later testing positive for methamphetamine. A court summons was issued.
