Community Thread is now accepting nominations for the 2021 Community Involvement Awards. The Community Involvement Awards, now in their 46th year, honor the work of exceptional volunteers in the community.
“Volunteers play a key role in helping our community thrive,” states Jennifer Kmecik, Volunteer Center Director at Community Thread. “The Community Involvement Awards are a way to recognize these volunteers for their dedication and service.”
These awards recognize volunteers in six categories: Youth, Group/Family, Exemplary Employer, Outstanding, Lifetime, and Legacy. Nominees must be residents or organizations in Washington County who meet the criteria for each award. Go to www.CommunityThreadMN. org to complete a nomination form. Nominations are due by March 5, 2021.
