Park sophomore Ashley Davis finished 18th in the vault competition during the 2024 Individual Class AA state vault Saturday.
Davis scored a 9.375 in the competition, with scores of 9.375 and 9,100 in her two vaults. She placed 18th of 48 competitors in the event. She had two scores of 9.45 from two judges on her first vault.
Davis was the only Park gymnast to qualify for state this season.
Lakeville South won the Class AA team title with a score of 147.400, followed by Cretin-Derham Hall-Minnehaha Academy-Mounds Park Academy (144.900), Hopkins (144.450), Forest Lake (144.425), St. Michael-Albertville (144.100), St. Cloud Crush (143.650), East Ridge (139.650) and Prior Lake (139.325).
