Park’s divers swept the competition to lead the way for the Wolfpack swim and dive team Thursday against Woodbury at Oltman Middle School.

Park’s Ethyn Schilling (223.60), John Jaso (212.35) and Carter Darling (185.30) went 1-2-3 in 1-meter diving to pace the Wolfpack.

Park was second in the 200-yard medley relay (Ethan Cole, Paul Wallce, Damion Charpentier, Lalee Yang, 1.50.13), fourth in the 200-yard freestyle relay (Connor Racine, Wallace, Will Mann, Schilling, 1:47.52) and clocked a time of 3:42.93 in the 400-yard freestyle relay (Tyler Cracauser, Yang, Charpentier, Cole).

“Ethan Cole just got a really good time on his 400 split for the relay,” said Park head coach Arachi O’Brien after the final event, the 400-yard freestyle relay. “I remember my buddy Zach (Wood) he did pretty good for his 100 back. I had a JV 500er Danny (Pratscher) who did really good and then Thorin (Chen) who did varsity did really good in his 500 too, that was his first time doing it. They both did really well there too,”

Cracauser was fourth in the 200 freestyle (2:09.29) and clocked a time of 1:04.77 in the 100-yard backstroke. Yang third in the 200-yard IM (2:09.29) and third in the 100-yard butterfly (1:01.12), Cole third in the 50 freestyle (23.90), Zachary Wood fourth in the 100-yard freestyle (1:00.62), Charpentier fourth in the 500-yard freestyle (5:49.27).

Wallace had a time of 1:09.15 in the 100-yard breaststroke and John Selix a 1:21.74 in the same race.

Woodbury won the team decision, 98-79.

Park competes against East Ridge Thursday at Oltman Middle School, then is at Hastings Friday and Saturday for a seven-team meet.
