Free community shred day at Prevail Bank – Owen, May 8

Prevail Bank invites the community to safely dispose of their confidential documents during its Free Community Shred Day on Friday, May 8, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Owen branch (326 North Central Ave.).
Shredding your documents protects your personal information from fraud. Plus, for every pound of paper shredded, Prevail Bank will donate $1 (up to $1,000) to the Mill Pond Park Playground project.

• April 30 (9 a.m. – Noon) – Wisconsin Rapids – Unted Way of South Wood & Adams Counties
• May 7 (10 a.m.–2 p.m.) – Marshfield – Personal Development Center (PDC) of Marshfield
• May 8 (10 a.m.–2 p.m.) – Owen – City of Owen /Mill Pond Park Renovation
• May 12 (10 a.m.–2 p.m.) – Baraboo – People Helping People/Adopt a Veteran Program
• May 13 (10 a.m.–2 p.m.) – Wausau – Children’s Imaginarium
• May 15 (10 a.m.–2 p.m.) – Medford – Medford VFW Post 5729
• May 15 (10 a.m.–2 p.m.) – Eau Claire – Hope Village of Chippewa Falls
• May 19 (10 a.m.–2 p.m.) – Stevens Point – CAP Services /Women’s & Children’s Shelter
For more than three boxes, a $5 donation per box is suggested. Monetary donations for the local nonprofits chosen by the Branches (listed above) can be made before or during each event.
