Meet at the trailhead kiosk at Pine Point Regional Park. Flashlights, headlamps, glow sticks, etc., are welcome.
This is a free program with vehicle permit ($7/ daily & $30/ annual). Pine Point Reginal Park is at 11900 Norell Ave. N. in Stillwater.
