Cottage Grove’s Innovation Village is a planned redevelopment area along Highway 61 and Innovation Road that could bring new housing, commercial development and other amenities. The project includes the historic Langdon Village area and nearby 3M-owned property. The planned extension and realignment of 100th Street and County Road 19A could open approximately 223 acres for future development.
