A lot is different this year, but one awesome thing is seeing all the Cottage Grove residents already decorating for the holidays!
Nice weather in early November got a lot of people on ladders striking lights, and the whole community will benefit.
Although Santa isn’t coming to town for the River Oaks Santa Brunch or the Tree Lighting at City Hall, there are some fun things planned to get Cottage Grove into the holiday spirit this year, social-distance style! The Annual Holiday Lights Tour Map will be created and available on the city’s website starting November 25th. So if you’re planning a big display, let them know now!
You might want to start your journey of looking at holiday lights at City Hall (12800 Ravine Parkway). They are placing a very large Adirondack Chair in front of our Cottage Grove City Christmas Tree, offering a nice photo opportunity for you and your family. To sign your residence up for the holiday lights tour, visit the link on the city website, http://cottagegrovemn.gov. If you have any questions, please contact Molly Pietruszewski at 651-458-3404, [email protected] gov.
