We all have our favorite dealer… or… ummm… Girl Scout to buy cookies from, and they are gearing up to pay you a visit soon. Girl Scout cookie preorders can start on February 6th and the girls will have them two weeks later, on the 20th.

Cookies are still five dollars per box and online ordering is an option, but the shipping is very expensive at $12 for one to five boxes. Each troop decides how they want to handle the sales. They can choose to have an online sales option, but the Girl Scout delivers them, saving much of the in-person interaction but avoiding a hefty delivery fee, so make sure to check with your scout to see how her troop set things up.

There is a new flavor this year called ‘Toast-Yay!’, a French Toast flavored cookie that according to one mom is “AHHHH MAAAAA ZING!”

Returning favorites: Thin Mints, Caramel deLites (Samoas), Shortbread (Trefoils), Peanut Butter Patties (Tagalongs), Do-si-dos (Peanut Butter Sandwich), Lemon- Ups, Lemonades, Girl Scout S’mores and two gluten free options, Toffee-tastic, and Caramel Chocolate Chip.
