Park dropped its second straight 1-0 Suburban East Conference decision, falling to visiting Roseville on Wednesday.
Park’s Kenzie Harper just missed on a pair of chances late in the game to tie.
Park slipped to 4-4 on the season and 0-3 in the Suburban East Conference.
It was a good defensive game for both teams.
“Our defense always works hard,” said Park cohead coach Sarah Neitz. “We have a quick defense and I think they mesh well overall together. Soccer sometimes is a stupid game – you make one mistake and it’s a goal. But other than that I thought they did a really good job of getting the ball out and transitioning.
“We never gave up,” Neitz added. “We played ‘til the end, we played to the whistle which we always ask our girls to do.”
Park hosts White Bear Lake (3-0, 7-3) Thursday, Sept. 23, starting at 5 p.m.
