Jeffrey Scott Lund, 34, Hastings, and Yuliia Walck, 29, Hastings, were charged in Dakota County District Court Tuesday, April 25 with felony controlled substance crime in the fifth degree.
On Oct. 25, 2022, Dakota County Drug Task Force executed a warrant at the residence of Walck and Lund in the 50 block of Radford Road in Hastings. Upon arrival at their residence, it was observed by agents that their primary targets, Walck and Lund, were not on the property. A woman, Walck’s mother, was removed from the home.
A search of the residence found identifying documents of both Walck and Lund, and 19 pounds of marijuana in bags. A Smith and Wesson SD9 handgun with a loaded magazine, jars labeled as testosterone, 17 white pills with imprint “T 259” on them identified as Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone Bitartrate, glass bottles of unknown suspected steroids, two vials with a white powder in them, and $28,450 US currency were also found within the residence.
Walck and Lund returned while agents were inside the residence. A traffic stop was conducted where both were identified and detained. A search of their vehicle found a marijuana pipe, a vaping device with suspected marijuana wax, and the two phones seized from the suspects.
A court summons was issued.
