Park Grove Library featured events for December All Washington County Library branches will be closed on Thursday, Dec. 23, Friday, Dec. 24 and Saturday, Dec. 26 for the Christmas holiday. Branches will also be closed Friday, Dec. 31 for the New Year’s holiday. Virtual: Poetry Workshop and Poetry Workbook Kit Tuesday, December 7 from 6 to 7 P.M.

Join this virtual Poetry Workshop with COMPAS Teaching Artist May Lee-Yang to find your voice in poetry and prose. You will write, receive peer feedback, and practice revision using your own Poetry Workbook. The Poetry Workbook will be available to pick up at Park Grove Library beginning Wednesday, December 1. This month’s selection is Born a Crime by Trevor Noah. The Daytime Book Club at Park Grove Library meets on the second Wednesday of each month. No registration required.
