Running together with Jaime Kokaisel, Vicki Holst, and Eric Tessmer as a common sense candidate, the 27-year resident of Woodbury is invested in the area, with four generations of family in the area.
“I grew up with a love for learning and decided to be a teacher in 4th grade,” Linberg said, never looking back since. With 42 years of experience in teaching, Linberg shared that she has walked alongside learners of all ages, both in traditional and non-traditional settings.
“As a school board member, I want to make sure that all voices are heard,” she said, saying that testing and other protocols should be reviewed, and children valued as “unique individuals,” rather than an “income-generating commodity.” Also in Linberg’s priorities are restoring district transparency and getting back to quality education. “On November 2, vote for Marge Linberg,” she closes out her appeal to voters from the SWCTC Youtube channel
