The Fifth Annual Spring Break Cottage Grove Medallion Hunt is over, with the see-through medallion found. Hidden at Hamlet Park South, the medallion was found on Day 4 by Wesley Schumacher and Jon Zurbey, allowing them to claim the $250 prize. A review of the different clues allows for reflection on riddle cues.
Clue #1
A fifth year is underway
This place of relaxation will make you want to play
You will find it sitting still
Seek it out with steady will
Clue #2
Where dirt meets pavement, the journey bends,
A winding path that never ends
Follows its course where feet will tread
To see what fun lies ahead
Clue #3
A leader once sat, with eyes on the land
Now rests where feet meet grass and sand
Near where young minds gather and play
Find this view and be on your way.
Clue #4
Where wheels and bats both find their place
Beneath the sky, they make their chase
One path is paved, where skaters glide
The other is green, where athletes collide
Look where new trees stand tall and proud
And the sounds of action are distinctly loud.
