The new website — still found at WashingtonCountyMN.gov — will feature a simpler, intuitive navigation menu, streamlined content, and enhanced functionality. These improvements make it easier for visitors to navigate, find information about county services, and complete forms and transactions.
The new website design supports the county’s core values of transparency, accessibility, and responsiveness, ensuring every community member can find what they need quickly and complete tasks confidently. The simplified design is accessible and more mobile-friendly. The website also features a new chatbot to help visitors answer common questions and find information.
With the new website, Washington County remains dedicated to staying connected, future‑focused, and ready to grow with direction.
Community members will be encouraged to provide feedback on the new website upon launch July 29.
