DEVELOPMENT WILL BRING MORE THAN 1,870 NEW JOBS TO THE LOCAL COMMUNITY

NorthPoint Development plans to break ground on its industrial project, Cottage Grove Logistics Center, in Spring 2022 — a $310 million investment that is expected to create 1,870 permanent jobs and bring over $73 million of annual wages to Cottage Grove. In addition, the development is estimated to create 1,465 construction jobs that will generate $37 million in annual wages.

The City of Cottage Grove and NorthPoint Development are proud to partner together to help create a positive impact for the community. The Industrial Center’s investment into Cottage Grove is estimated to generate $1.2 million in the tax base annually for the City of Cottage Grove to help fund community improvements.

NorthPoint’s Industrial Park is expected to consist of nine industrial buildings totaling 3.4 million square feet of industrial space. Phase I of this development is expected to break ground as soon as weather permits in Spring 2022.
