PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that BMB Acquisition Group, Inc., a Minnesota corporation, whose principal place of business is 2131 2nd Avenue, Newport, MN 55055, is in the process of dissolving. On May 6, 2021, the Corporation filed a Notice of Intent to Dissolve with the Secretary of State.
If you claim that BMB Acquisition Group, Inc. owes you any money, you must present a written claim specifying the amount claimed and the basis for the claim to Nicole R. Wiebold, Esq. at Barna, Guzy & Steffen, Ltd., 200 Coon Rapids Boulevard, Suite 400, Coon Rapids, MN 55433.
