Park closed out the regular season and its highest scoring total of the fall, blasting visiting Irondale 6-2 Thursday.

It was Park’s best game of the season offensively. Previously the Wolfpack three games where they scored four goals, all wins.

Park drew a three seed and advanced to the Section 3AAA play.

With the victory against Irondale Park closed the regular season at 8-7 and 3-6 in the Suburban East Conference. Park’s eight wins doubled the number from last fall when the Wolfpack went 4-10-2.

Senior midfielder Noah Haupt and senior forward Ayub Mohamed led Park offensively against Irondale, scoring two goals and two assists each. Killian Krech and Tristan Lee scored the other two Wolfpack goals.

Mohamed leads Park with 10 goals this season. Haupt has 6 goals. Both have a team high 10 assists apiece.

Park led 3-1 at the half, then repeated that score during the final 40 minutes.

Joe Cison and Carter Geisen again shared the goaltending win.

Host Cretin-Derham Hall (5-1-2, 11-1-3) scored a 4-0 win over visiting Park Tuesday in a Suburban East Conference match.
