Park’s boys opened the 2021 swimming and diving season with a splash Thursday, swimming past visiting Forest Lake 102-81.
Matt Glenna had a strong night for the Wolfpack, winning both the 200-yard freestyle in 1:57.43 and the 100-yard freestyle in 51.33 and swimming legs on two winning relays.
Park had wins in all three varsity relays and six individual events.
Nathan LeMay took first in the 50-yard freestyle in 23.20, Tyson Kalinowski was first in the 200-yard IM in 2:13.41, Devin Schwartz finished in front in the 100-yard backstroke in 59.48 and Ethan Anderson of the Wolfpack outlasted the pack to take the 500-yard freestyle in 5:37.04.
Park finished first in the 200-yard medley relay (Nathan LeMay, Nathan Johnson, Devin Schwartz, Mitchell LeMay) in 1:44.63 and in the 200-yard freestyle relay (Tyson Kalinowski, Mitchell LeMay, Nathan Johnson, Matt Glenna) in 1:37.60. The Wolfpack team also took first in the exhibition 400-yard freestyle relay to wrap up the meet with the team of Nathan LeMay, Matt Glenna, Tyson Kalinowski and Devin Schwartz winning in 3:41.15.
