Kyler Jubinal, Zack Carr and Dylan Richardson all won titles to lead Park wrestling to a third-place finish in the 17-team East Ridge Ruckus Saturday.

Fourth-ranked senior Jubinal (26-5) pinned Jacon Long (14-5) of the Chaska-Chan Stormhawks in 3:03 to win the 133-pound title.

Fifth-ranked junior Carr (31-2) won a 2-1 decision on a tie breaker over Gunner Hostetter (29-7) of St. Francis to earn the 152-pound crown.

Junior Richardson (31-2), ranked seventh at 189 pounds, took the 189-pound crown with an 11-8 win over Tyler Ruff (31-4) of Lakeville North.

Park’s fourth-ranked Gunnar Mullen (30-3) finished third at 172, Mullen scored a 17-0 technical fall in 2:40 over Cullen Christenson of Forest Lake in the third-place final.

Mullen had pins in his first two matches, winning in 1:05 and 2:50. In the semifinals he lost a tough 9-8 decision to fifth-ranked Lindson Turner (23-7) of Stillwater.

Freshman Nolan Bloch of Park (23-11) was fifth at 107 pounds, freshman Jackson VanHorn (9-14) took fifth at 114 and Park junior Jesse Wright (20-13) won fifth at 215.

All three fifth-place Park finishers pinned their opponents in the fifth-place finals. Bloch pinned Will Katherman of Waconia in 3:24, VanHorn scored a fall in 4:35 at 114 and Wright pinned Adrian Irish of Forest Lake in 1:42 to finish fifth.

Park wrestles Thursday at Mounds View, then competes at the South St. Paul tournament on Saturday.

Park warmed up for the big East Ridge invitational with an easy senior night victory over visiting St. Paul Central on Friday, winning 68-3.

Park’s Oni Fulfillent, Joey Chilton, Alex Wright, Gunnar Mullen and Jesse Wright scored falls for the Wolfpack, while Jaxon Jubinal and Zack Carr had technical falls.
