Park crowned six champions on its way to a wrestling tournament title in the eight team Bluejacket Invite Saturday at Cambridge-Isanti High School.
Winning titles for the Wolfpack were: freshman Nolan Block at 107, eighth-ranked freshman Landen Brooks at 133; senior Joey Chilton at 139; fifth-ranked junior Zach Carr at 152; fourth-ranked senior Gunnar Mullen at 172 and seventh-ranked junior Dylan Richardson at 189.
Park won the team title with 184.5 points. Little Falls was second (174.5), Cambridge-Isanti third (169.5), St. Francis fourth (145.5), St. Peter fifth (129.5), Mahtomedi sixth (80), Two Rivers seventh (78) and Eden Prairie eighth (66).
Other Park place winners were Jackson VanHorn, sixth at 114; Jaxon Jubinal, sixth at 121; Wyatt Murphy, sixth at 127; Kyler Jubinal, sixth at 133; Layne Frandrup, sixth at 145; Jesse Wright, fourth at 215; Jairus Boston, fourth at 285 and Adam Johnson, sixth at 285.
Bloch (18-8) won the 107 championship with a pin in 1:25 over Sam Strack of Little Falls.
Brooks (9-1) defeated fourth-ranked teammate Kyler Jubinal (20-6) 3-2 on a tie breaker at 133.
Chilton (18-8) pinned Brock Guth of St. Peter in 3:26 to take the 139-pount title.
Carr (24-2) breezed to the top spot with three pins at 152, winning in 28 seconds, 0:00 and 1:09 in the finals.
Mullen had a relatively easy day, with two byes and then scored a 15-0 technical fall in the 172-pound finals.
Richardson was dominate at 189, scoring pins in 50 seconds, 42 seconds and 4:35 in the finals against Jared Goodman of Cambridge-Isanti.
Next up for the Wolfpack is a quad meet at East Ridge starting at 5 p.m. Thursday, with a lineup of Park, East Ridge, Roseville and Benilde-St. Margaret’s. Park returns home for its final home meet of the regular season on Jan. 17 against St. Paul Central.
