1. Name of Limited Liability Company that is in the process of dissolving: Cottage Grove Auto & Collision LLC. 2. The Company, Cottage Grove Auto & Collision LLC, located in Cottage Grove, Minnesota, (“Company”) is in the process of dissolving, with said dissolution approved pursuant to 322C, pursuant to written action taken March 17, 2021, when the resolution to dissolve was approved. Said Company filed a Statement of Dissolution with the Minnesota Secretary of State on April 7, 2021. Claims against the Company must be presented in writing to the Company, Cottage Grove Auto & Collision LLC, 319 Barry Avenue South, #301, Wayzata, MN 55391. A claim against the Company is barred unless an action to enforce said claim is commenced within five (5) years after publication of this Notice and Statement of Dissolution. Publication of this Notice and Statement of Dissolution shall be deemed given on the date of the publication hereof, which shall be June ____, 2021.
