Lehrke Living Trust dated March 16, 2017 NOTICEOFANDORDERFOR HEARING ON PETITION TO REMOVE ACTING TRUSTEE AND APPOINT AN INDEPENDENT, PROFESSIONAL SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE It is Ordered and Notice is given that on July 23, 2021 at 8:30am, a hearing will be held at the Washington County District Court, 14949 62nd Street N., Stillwater, MN 55082, on a petition to remove acting trustee and appoint an independent, professional successor trustee of the Roderick A. Lehrke Living Trust brought by Petitioner Hanz Lehrke. Any objections to the petition must be raised at the hearing or filed with the Court prior to the hearing. If the petition is proper and no objections are filed or raised, the petition will be granted. Notice shall be given by (1) publishing, at least 20 days before the date of the hearing, a copy of the order for hearing one time in a legal newspaper for the county in which the petition is filed; and (2) by mailing, at least 15 days before the date of the hearing, a copy of the order for hearing to those current trustees and qualified beneficiaries of the trust whose identity is known and whose location is known or reasonably ascertainable to the petitioner after making reasonable efforts to locate such persons.
