See floor plans, drawings, and other plans for the redesigned Park Grove Library at a project open house from 6-7 p.m. Tuesday, July 29.
The open house at Park Grove Library (7900 Hemingway Ave. S., Cottage Grove) will include opportunities to speak with the design team from Alliiance, as well as Washington County and library staff, about different aspects of the project. Learn from the experts about the floor plans, interior and exterior renderings, materials and finishes, the project schedule, and future library services.
The Park Grove Library project is wrapping up the design development phase. The images and drawings shared at this open house are based on information gathered from community members and library stakeholders through in-person events and online surveys.
Project Background
Washington County hired Alliiance Architects in October 2024 to provide architectural design and engineering services for the Park Grove Library project.
The current library is outdated and requires significant repair and reconstruction to meet today's needs for energy efficiency, sustainability, and community space and program needs.
Construction is anticipated to begin in spring of 2026. Learn more on the project website: https://washingtoncountymn.gov/ParkGroveLibraryProject
