St. Paul – State Representative Shane Hudella (RHastings) began his first term in office last Tuesday as he was sworn in as a member of the Minnesota House of Representatives.
'Becoming a state representative is a humbling experience,' Hudella said. 'It is an honor to serve the people in Hastings, Cottage Grove and the surrounding areas, and I look forward to representing their interests at the State Capitol.'
Rep. Hudella said he was also pleased with his Minnesota House committee assignments. For the next two years, Hudella will serve on the Education Finance, Transportation Finance and Policy, and Veterans and Military Affairs Finance and Policy committees.
