Ten Park athletes sign National Letters of Intent

It was quite a haul for Wolfpack athletes Wednesday as three lacrosse players, two volleyball athletes, along with baseball, soccer, softball, basketball and wrestling stars all signing letters of intent.
No less than ten Park High athletes signed National Letters of Intent to participate in inter-collegiate athletics next year Wednesday, Nov. 13, the first day of the early signing period for students to sign.

 Madi Brinkman signed to play lacrosse at Missouri Western State University. Brinkman is a five-year letter winner and earned All-Conference, All-Section, and All-State honors. She led the team to back-to-back conference championships in 2022 and 2023.

 Jacob Czarnota has committed to the University of Detroit Mercy to play lacrosse. Czarnota earned All-Conference honors and was named to the All-Section second team as a junior.

 Max Kaplan signed to play baseball at Concordia University, St. Paul. Czarnota earned All-Conference as a junior, batting .273. He was second on the team in runs scores and RBIs and had a 3.50 ERA as a pitcher.

 Tristan Lee will play soccer at Northern Michigan University. Lee was a four-year starter and earned All-Conference honors. He led the Wolfpack to a fourth-place finish in the state tournament in 2023 and was named to the All-Tournament team.

 Lacrosse player Josie Leonard committed to the University of Colorado-Colorado Springs, Leonard is a five-year letter winner and earned All-Conference and All-Section honors. She led the team to back-to-back conference championships in 2022 and 2023.

 Sonja Lind signed to play volleyball at Central Connecticut State University. Lind is a two-time All-Conference selection. She is second on the school’s all-time list for digs. Lind also earned Academic All-State honors.

 Wrestler Gunnar Mullen signed with Augustana University. Mullen owns the school record with 189 career wins. He is a four-time state qualifier and finished fourth at state in 2023, earning All-State honors.

 Tenley Nelson will play basketball at Rocester Community and Technical College. Nelson is a two-time letter winner and earned All-Conference Honorable Mention honors as a junior.

Softball player Lauren Osland has committed to play at Fairfield University. Osland batted over .400 last season and led the team in stolen bases, earning both All-Conference and All-Section honors.

 Carly Slusser has committed to play volleyball at Butler University. Slusser is a two-time All-Conference selection. She set the school record for career kills her senior season.
