Take time for you through guided yoga sequences focused on improving balance, flexibility, strength, and breath awareness at Yoga in the Park. This ongoing class starts Thursday, June 1 from 6-7 p.m., at the Lake Elmo Park Reserve North Pavilion lawn, near the entrance to the pavilion parking lot.

Open to all levels of ability, Yoga in the Park runs for 14 weeks. Season passes are available for $120 per person or individual classes available for $10 per session. Passes are nontransferable – one person per pass.

It is suggested to dress comfortably, bring a yoga mat or blanket, a water bottle, and arrive 5-10 minutes ahead of class time. In case of poor weather, classes will be held under the pavilion or in the Nordic Center, when available.
