Indulge in a memorable evening of culinary storytelling on Thursday, Nov. 30 at the River Oaks Golf Course & Event Center. Delve into the narrative of Joseph Carr, the creator behind Josh, Force and Grace, and Joseph Carr wines. Enjoy a four-course prix fixe menu, artfully crafted by Head Chef Isaac Jones, while a seasoned sommelier guides you through the journey that birthed Joseph Carr’s acclaimed wines.
Jones has created a menu that pairs with each vintage, including an elegant welcome wine and delectable passed Hors d’oeuvres, and a delicious chocolate mousse cake. This epicurean experience is not one to be missed.
The social gathering and butler-passed hors d’oeuvres starts at 5:30 p.m. with the first course at 6 p.m. Cost is $85 per person, plus gratuity/service charge and tax. Prepaid reservations are required, no walk-ins accepted. Purchases must be made online, and are non-refundable. All guests must be 21 or over with a valid ID.
