Park High Theater director and Language Arts teacher Emily Ball provided a description of what Walk Two Moons is about.
“Walk Two Moons by Tom Arvetis, based on the book by Sharon Creech, is a coming-of-age comedic drama where Sal (Linnea Ross) is traveling halfway across the country with her grandparents (Anna Blasy and Andre La’Rose) in search of her missing mother, she said. “On their journey, Sal tells the story of her best friend Phoebe (Sasha McCauley) and their adventures when Phoebe’s mother (Evie Rumpza) mysteriously disappears. During the journey, Sal undergoes many trials as she tries to entertain her family with stories. Through the journey through the country and through time, Sal must learn to forgive her family and herself.”
