Do you have some amazing historical family photos or photos of interesting family artifacts that you want to share with the community?
This February, the public is invited to share their historical family photos and photos of family artifacts for “Picturing the Past,” a collaborative photo mural to be displayed at the Washington County Historic Courthouse.
Submissions are accepted from Feb. 4-28. Submit a photo via email at HistoricCourthouse@co.washington.mn.us or drop off submissions in person at the Washington County Historic Courthouse located at 101 Pine St. W. in Stillwater. Photos should be high resolution (300 DPI) and in JPEG format.
The Picturing the Past Photo Mural will be displayed starting Tuesday, April 1. The Washington County Historic Courthouse is open to the public 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday and 10 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Guided History Tours are offered Wednesday-Sunday at 11 a.m., 1 p.m., and 3 p.m.
