The CKPC Holiday Train rolled into town Saturday, Dec. 13. With below zero temperatures moving the event opening to 4:45 p.m., the event saw a $10,000 donation made to Friends in Need Food Shelf. Event attendees treated to music from American Authors and Pynk Beard. With weather affecting fundraising this year, readers can still make donations online to Friends in Need at https://www.finfood.org/donate1.html or by mail to P.O. Box 6, Cottage Grove, MN 55016.
