NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO APPROVE BUSINESS SUBSIDY
FOR SALE REAL PROPERTY LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY OF HASTINGS, MN
NOTICE IS GIVEN that the City of Hastings (“City”) will hold a public hearing to approve a business subsidy for the sale of real property identified as PID: 19-32002-01-021 at less than the assessed value.
WHEN: Monday, November 7, 2022 at 7:00 p.m.
WHERE: Council Chambers at 101 4th Street East, Hastings, MN 55033.
Members of the public may see the terms and conditions of the business subsidy at the City’s office located at 101 East 4thStreet, Hastings. The scheduled hearing is for the purpose of determining whether the business subsidy for the above-described property is advisable. Persons who desire to be heard with reference to the proposed business subsidy will be given the opportunity to be heard at this Public Hearing. If you are unable to attend the hearing but would like to provide input, you are encouraged to submit written comments. Information on this application can be obtained from the City at 651-480-2378.
